Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to all the dad's out there. Morgan got Matt these cool sunglasses for Father's Day so he can look chill (even when he's not).
We went to Greenwood to celebrate with the Trustys today. Morgan was giving baby cuz John Reed some sugar. Don't be fooled, she wasn't sweet on him the whole time. She actually slapped him a couple of times, but John Reed is no sissy. He didn't even fuss!
I just think this pose is funny. Morgan has learned to crawl on the furniture. The ottoman is her favorite, and she often falls and gets stuck between the ottoman and the end table. Pretty funny, actually...

Morgan Lately

Morgan is literally growing up before our very eyes. Everyday it seems she is saying something new or doing something we've never seen her do before. She's got nearly all her bottom teeth now, so she tear into some food. She's still not saying much in the way of actual words, but she making all kinds of animal noises and is still VERY curious. We are still loving to say "Whaz Zaaaat"? She's got some cool dance moves too. I've been trying very hard to catch them on camera but she quits every time I get it out. Also, Ruben has become Morgan's shadow. He follows her around all day eating whatever she drops. He doesn't "love" on her, but you can tell he does love his sister. And she must love him too for all the food she drops for him. See the picture below - I guess he's wanting a sip of her juicebox????

Morgan is still loving her some bubbles. We actually have to hide all bubbles now, because if she gets a hold of some it becomes an hour long game.

She is also warming up to her chair. She's so cute curled up in it! But if we are in the room, it's our laps she wants the most. She went from wanting down all the time to wanting to be held all the time. Hoping this is just a phase....

Anyway, that's about all we're up to this summer. Just trying to keep cool!
