Girls Can Do It Too!

Morgan wanted to show Carter Rowe and Micah Malouf that boys aren't the only ones who can crawl onto fireplaces! This was the first time we've seen Morgan "climb" onto something. A new and dangerous trick ... wonder what's next??

Update - Morgan can now crawl into the dishwasher. I can't believe the door can support her, but Miss Thing crawled right into it tonight!

School Pictures

Morgan got all dressed up this morning for school pictures. I thought she looked pretty cute! I can't wait to see how the class picture turns out. Can you imagine getting 15 one year olds together for a photo????

Helping out

To say that Morgan is busy is an understatement. She injects herself into anything you are doing. Here, she decides she wants to help Daddy bathe the red eye dog with the green dog shampoo.

Morgan loves a puppy

This is a Youtube clip from the summer we forgot to post. We went to see Doug and Mariah in Starkville. Bernie, their dog, took a liking to Morgan and the feeling was mutual as you will hear. The sound on this one is the best thing about it so make sure your volume is up.

Doing Laundry?

Morgan likes to (1) open & close doors and (2) empty baskets. Opening the door to her closet then throwing all the clothes out of the laundry basket is the perfect game for her. Only yesterday she couldn't quite reach one of her shirts. Poor thing is top heavy with that noggin of hers so her feet ended up straight in the air. It was probably funnier in person...

Picnic at the Park

We went on a family picnic today after church. Morgan has generated a new fear of the church nursery. Any tips are welcome! She goes to daycare every day just fine, but something about the church nursery does not agree with her. Weathering the Storm

We've had a sick household over in Trustyland this week. Mo came up with her first full blown stomach bug this week, and mama quickly followed up with her own this weekend. We're on the mend, but we're still trapped inside from Gustav! Thankfully, the weather has not been bad but still not conducive to playing outside or running errands. Here's a cute picture of Morgan wishing she could go outside :( And there's a cute pic of our other child Ruben, sleeping through the rain. By the way, even Ruben had a touch of the stomach bug this week. This was evident when he threw up in our bed in the middle of the night (oh yeah - under the sheets). We still love him though!
