We had such a big weekend. Rhodes was in town for the state championship baseball tournament, and they actually made it to the championship game!  Morgan, as usual, had a big time playing with cousin Rhodes.  So much so, that she actually feel asleep while admiring his iPad playing abilities.  She also cheered him on as he practiced throwing the ball with Untul Temp.  AND Morgan also got invited to a cool birthday party where she rode a horse for the very first time!  We are looking to go to bed early tonight and prepare for a long work week!!!

Father's Day in Greenwood

Morgan and Mary Alice were lucky to spend the weekend with Nana, Pap, Aunt Sissy, Uncle Ronny, Aunt Kristen, Uncle Reed, John Reed, and Lauren. It was a crew. The kiddos had a big time in the back yard in the baby pool and slip n slide. I think Mary Alice actually enjoyed the slip n slide more than anyone. The girls had a big time and the daddy's had a big time watching them. Hope everyone else had a great Father's Day!!!

Circus Fun!

Morgan and Hayes had a big time at the circus this weekend. I actually think I may have had more fun than Morgan. It was my first circus and I loved all the acts! Morgan found it a little loud at first, but she adjusted after a while. She definitely was more impressed with the animal acts than anything else. Can't beat syncronized elephants!!

I know I'm late to this party, but I am obsessed with Instagram these days. I took the below picture of Morgan on Sunday and edited it with Instagram. Are those not the prettiest blue eyes you've ever seen????

Mary Alice crawled off the deck when I wasn't paying attention the other day and was having a ball playing in the mud. She screamed bloody murder when I picked her up and cleaned her off. She wanted to get back in it!! She must get that from her daddy, because Morgan and I DO NOT like to be dirty! I love the look on her face too. She's like "what? what did I do?".

Fun in the Bed

Both my girls love mama and daddy's bed. One of our Friday night traditions is Morgan getting to fall asleep in the big bed before being transferred to her own. Here she is after she feel asleep Friday night and then both girls Saturday morning.

Meet Sam

I've had a great birthday week.  Matt and I went to one of our favorite local restaurants and had a big time.  And despite the extremely high temps, we've actually enjoyed some time outside.

One of Morgan's new favorite activities is searching the backyard for worms and slugs.

Water Day at School

Morgan had water day at school yesterday. Mom volunteered to help all day, and let me say I am still exhausted. She had a BIG time playing on all the fun blow up bouncey water thingys. She also got to take some good whacks at a pinata. All in all, a good day!

Happy Belated Mother's Day

We had a nice, relaxing Mother's Day at Cee's house last weekend. Rhodes was as entertaining as ever (as seen below), and Morgan had a ball playing around with him.  Hope everyone else had a great Mom's Day!

Morgan finished swim lessons last week.  She thoroughly enjoyed herself!  We are not sure how much she learned, but at least she had a good time!  She loved her teacher and is still a fan of the pool.  She even went down the big slide a couple of times.  She zipped down so fast, I was never able to get a picture though :(
